Adoption Counselor Afternoon shift is our calmest shift.
This is the part of the day where phone calls and visitors slow down- Unless of course its a Saturday.
Adoption Counselors do a lot of the little extras during this shift:
Put away donations
Make Goodie bags for the dogs and cats
Staple, Trim, and put together Adoption Folders, Handbooks, etc...
Tidy the lobby and the SPCA store
Organize and supply the foster shelf.
And of course answer the occasional phone call and adopt out animals.
