Puppies and Kittens

at Leaders Marine Adoption Event!

Leaders Marine is a boat and vehicle dealership in Kalamazoo on West Main Street. They are hosting an event for us and paying the adoption fees of the first 2 cats and 2 dogs that get adopted. :) 

We are looking for volunteers to help out with the event. Here is the event schedule:

8am 

Meet at the SPCA to pick up puppies and kittens (those that can transport). We will put the puppies and kittens in carriers for easy transport.

The animals will have some supplies going- kennels, leashes, play yard, and paper towel/ cleaner. That will need to be transported, as well. We bundle it up so it's easy to handle. 

8:30am

Arrive to Leaders Marine. There will be a nice, heated barn area for the puppies to be set-up in. Kittens will be in a room inside. 

9am

Event starts!

People will come in to adopt the animals. The animals will each have a file and adoption packet. We will show you how to have adopters fill them out if you have not been trained- it's pretty simple!

2pm

Event wraps up! Bring any supplies and animals that were not adopted back to the shelter.
