Volunteer Needed – Transport for Romeo
We are looking for 1 volunteer to take Romeo to the vet this Monday, March 23rd.
About Romeo:
Romeo is a large, strong boy with a suspected ACL injury. He’ll be getting X-rays and a preliminary exam to determine next steps. He’s a good boy, but requires a confident handler with advanced/expert dog experience or comfortability.
Important Notes:
Romeo is dog aggressive
Please leave him in the car when you arrive at the vet, check in first, and then bring him in when they are ready
Appointment Details:
Dickman Road Veterinary Clinic
455 W. Dickman Rd, Battle Creek
Pick up at SPCA: 9:00 AM (Monday)
Appointment: 10:00 AM
The volunteer will need to stay with Romeo during the visit and transport him back to the SPCA afterward.
